Cotton Ranch is a residential golf community in the Town of Gypsum. Residents experience mild weather and longer summers with an 18-hole championship at Pete Dye Golf Course, Gypsum Creek Golf Club with tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a restaurant with beautiful Colorado scenery, hiking trails, and mountain access to ATV trails. It has primarily single-family, duplexes, and townhomes. Ski Vail and Golf on the same day, as Gypsum Creek Golf Course is the first club to open in the Valley, typically in March, while Vail and Beaver Creek still have plenty of snow.
World-class skiing in Vail-Beaver Creek is 25-minute drive and the Eagle Airport is a 10 minute drive.
