As long-time residents, they are acutely familiar with the whole area and have their finger on the pulse of local goings on. Not only does their broad experience help, but they are both good at addressing your concerns and questions about the local housing market. When it came time for the nuts and bolts, they were both well-equipped to assist us in preparing our home for sale and in preparing to purchase another home. Their “ it’s a process” mantra became well ingrained and helped us navigate through some difficult decisions. They did all the work of getting the place ready to be sold and of seeing it through to the end. I honestly can't think of anything that didn't go well and smoothly. I highly recommend them.
