WELCOME TO EDWARDS
Potato Patch, named after the potato farms that lined the Vail Valley in the early 1900s, is known for the sunshine and panoramic views of Vail Mountain. Sandstone has the Sandstone Creek flowing along the homes that line the creek. West Vail North pocket parks are a place to enjoy tennis, picnics, volleyball, and sunshine on blue-sky days. Owners have easy access to Vail Village through the new underpass of I-70 between Vail and West Vail, grocery stores, restaurants, the post office and shops. The paved bike path connects to the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead in Vail.
Potato Patch, Sandstone, and the West Vail North neighborhoods are close to many of Vail’s trails and to the picturesque drive on Red Sandstone Road to Lost Lake, Piney Lake and Piney Ranch.
West Vail South area includes Intermountain and the Highland Meadow communities. The homes line the sloping hillside and Gold Medal trout stream, Gore Creek. The free bus into Vail stops along the way to Vail Village.
