Club Membership at The Sebastian Vail owners enjoy 2 Planned Winter weeks and 2 Planned Summer weeks with deeded ownership, plus year-round access to the five-star amenities and impeccable slopeside services. Return home to Vail year-round with the Club Membership. Our two, three, and four-bedroom residences were designed to fit your whole family, so you get to start making memories.

Each May, Owners may book two Planned Winter Weeks and two Planned Summer Weeks. These weeks are available in either a two- or three-bedroom residence.

After Planned Weeks, Owners may book Space Available time. An Owner may book two additional Space Available weeks at a time. Housekeeping fees are not included.

In addition to Space Available, Owners are able to book additional Short Notice weeks, upon availability. When an Owner arrives for their Short Notice weeks, they may book a future stay. Housekeeping fees are not included from approx $250 to $450 depending on bedroom count.

The Timbers Reciprocity Program (TRP) extends the benefits of ownership by offering Owners the opportunity to experience the entire portfolio through a simple and convenient online trading system. TRP is not required and can be purchased at closing for $35,000 paid one time to Timbers Resorts directly. Enjoy Mexico or Kaua'i in the winter. Tuscany or Napa for the olive and wine harvest. Spring skiing in the Rockies and Scottsdale or Sonoma for world-class golf. Such are the delightful decisions Owners enjoy through the Timbers Reciprocity Program. New Years week is unavailable thru TRP & this Club Membership.
