Booth Creek is on the north side of Vail, two miles west of the Vail Village, often considered the sunny side of East Vail.  Homeowners have terrific views of the waterfalls and ice climbers on the back side of Vail Mountain.  The Booth Creek and Pitkin Creek hiking trails take you into the Eagles Nest Wilderness area and up to mountain lakes. Biking trails on the mountain or to Vail Village are easily accessed. The Booth Creek Park community park is a custom playground with new tennis courts.  The community includes the Vail Mountain School, a private K-12 school.
